I have found the service provided by Agnes White to be excellent. When the property is vacated, an inspection is carried out bond refunded. Agnes advertises and qualifies new tenants with a minimum of fuss .The company attends to the letting of the property, collection of rents, inspections in a timely manner...
Agnes, Graham and team are a pleasure to deal with, very approachable and always keep us informed of any matters that need to be dealt with. Their monthly reporting system provides all the information we need and rents are paid promptly by direct credit into our bank accounts.

Agnes White took over the management of my rental property about 10 years ago when I was at the stage of selling my property because of the hassles I had had with short term tenants, unpaid rent and managers who had repeatedly let me down. Agnes was like a breath of fresh air and from the moment she took over management of my property I have never had any concerns about Tenants, repairs or property inspections. She has religiously done property inspections every quarter. Has arranged repairs when needed and at reasonable prices and most importantly kept my tenants happy and informed as well as myself.
I am very happy to recommend Agnes as a property manager to anyone who wants their manager to look after a property as if it was their own.

We have had the advantage of using Agnes White to manage our property for over 9+ years & she has exceeded our expectations.
We have to say that our kitchen gives a far better impression & is in much better condition that when we bought it 30+ years ago. Over the time we have known Agnes she has actioned the necessary maintenance to preserve our asset & knows the trades people who can complete the work up to my expectation. This is always necessary as we purchase property to maintain a capital value in front of depreciating currency.
Her selection & screening of tenants is first class & hence the turnover is low & tenants then have the sense of belonging which keeps the property above normal rental attention.
